Thank you for visiting our website. Here you'll find information on the many
programs St. John's offers. Find out more about the many groups and
organizations that gather here. Our mission is:
Beginning in September, we will tell our stories of catching God
doing something good at St. John's. We explore what assets everyone
has to offer God, and wrap up with World Cafe Conversations -
looking at new ways of being Christ's community in the world.
Alpha returns
Introduction and dinner, September 3; Sessions begin September 10
-6:30 p.m. with brown bag supper; presentations 7 p.m. - 8:20 p.m.
for 10 weeks
Christian Formation
Sunday - 9 a.m.
- September - May
Children's Ministries:
The Marketplace 29 A.D. interactive program for children pre-school
through grade 5 - complete with storyteller, crafts and "Synagogue
School"; meets in Community Ministry building. Story Time for
Toddlers is held in the nursery area.
Teen Spirituality in the Community Ministry building. Our leaders have completed a training program required by the Diocese of
Southwest Florida; they have been carefully screened and are committed
to the safety of your child. Children's ministries resume
September 14.
Youth Ministries: Youth grades 6-12 meet with
leaders in room 24/26 of Community Ministry building for fellowship, spirituality and service. See
St. John's Youth Group.
Times: 9 a.m. Teen Spirituality; 11 a.m. Youth Group
Sundays 10:00 a.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite II)
This is the main service of the week.
Music plays an important role in this liturgy. Selections from the

Location
Located in northern Pinellas County, Florida, St. John's is on Belcher Road,
about 1 mile
west of US 19, between East Bay Drive and Belleair Road. Belcher Road runs
parallel to
US 19 (the main north/south arterial in Pinellas County). [get
